Notification emails are generated every 30 minutes and are sent only if a route is pending, cancelled or delayed.

  • Delayed – the driver was dispatched later than the scheduled dispatch time.
  • Cancelled – service to this point was cancelled due to extenuating circumstances
  • Limited – service to this point is not scheduled for today.  Please check service directory
  • On Time – this point is expected to be serviced on time
  • Pending – the expected time of dispatch is not currently known.  When dispatch time is determined the status will be updated.
  • Unknown – status has not been updated.  Check back later.
